It’s okay to not be okay right now. You can get through this.
From the outside, you appear to have it all together… Yet on the inside, you may feel like you're barely holding it together. You may feel stuck in a relationship, a job, or your own life. You may be overwhelmed by trying to make everyone happy or feel like you're simply going through the motions of life.
you’re in the right spot.
Hi, I’m Seema.
I help clients who are looking to dig deep learn skills to heal from past wounds while developing a deep understanding of their true selves.
I work with clients who are ready to dig deep, heal past wounds, and reconnect with their true selves. My approach is for those who are motivated to do the inner work, break free from limiting patterns, and create extraordinary lives filled with connection, grounding, and expansion. I believe healing is holistic, encompassing the mind, body, and soul. My goal is to help you trust yourself, honor your authentic path, and live with intention and purpose.
When we struggle, it impacts every aspect of our lives—our relationships, how we move through the world, and the way we speak to ourselves. I guide clients through a deep exploration of their conditioning, helping them recognize the unconscious patterns and beliefs that have kept them stuck. From there, we work together to rewrite their story, creating a future that aligns with their deepest truth.
Healing isn’t just about the mind—it’s about the body and soul as well. It’s about reconnecting to who you are at your core, rediscovering your purpose, and finding meaning in your experiences. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m here to support you on your journey to wholeness.
Are you living an expansive or constricted life?
I believe authenticity and genuine living stems from living expansively, which requires moving beyond past hurts, renewed self-compassion and understanding, and intention and purpose to expand in the direction we want to grow.
Healing through Energy, Intention, and Deep Transformation
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration” - Nikola Tesla
Holistic healing has been a calling for me my entire life. Prior to becoming a therapist, I considered myself a holistic traveler - traveling to locations around the globe that reported incidents of “miraculous” healing. Independent of religion, I witnessed healing in regions around the world, from small rural towns to bustling metropolis cities, in South America, Asia, Europe, and all over North America. What I had witnessed and heard, led me deeper into the world of holistic healing in the behavioral health world. I noticed we have medicalized mental health and moved away from the humanistic, person-centered, intuitive and embodied core where healing lies. I chose to create a practice that redefined therapy, where we move off the couch and start allowing people to rekindle a relationship with their deep intuitive selves, that leans on embodied intelligence to help guide them to healing. My work is grounded in both ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic approaches, helping clients release emotional blockages and restore balance on all levels—mind, body, and spirit.
With a doctorate focused on consciousness and transpersonal psychology, I incorporate evidence-based techniques that support self-healing and self-development. My dissertation explores the paradox of loneliness (a symptom of most pathology) and the neurobiology of connection. Research shows that emotions are not just fleeting thoughts in the mind—they are stored as energy in the body. When left unprocessed, these emotions can create internal blockages, manifesting as physical tension, chronic stress, and even long-term emotional distress (Pert, 1997; Van der Kolk, 2014). Through this research, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how energy, connection, and presence influence healing and personal transformation.
A Trauma-Informed Holistic Approach
I have spent the past decade obsessed with learning everything I could about trauma, the body, and holistic healing. I have gone to training after training, and had the opportunity to learn directly from the great minds of holistic healing and trauma - such as Peter Levine, Gabor Mate, Dan Siegel, and many more. My extensive training in advanced trauma treatments, EMDR, somatic experiencing, depth psychology, and narrative therapy allows me to work with deep-rooted emotional wounds. I believe that trauma is not just a psychological experience—it is stored in the body, impacting emotional and physical well-being. Some of the greatest pundits of trauma research are now concluding that without treating the body you can not treat trauma (Gabor Mate). In addition, unless we understand that emotions are energy held in the body, we cannot move that energy (Dan Siegel). By integrating trauma therapy with energetic healing, breathwork, and mindfulness, I help clients process unresolved emotions, regulate their nervous systems, and reclaim their power.
In graduate school, I choose to travel and get the training I needed that incorporated Eastern, African, Latin, and Indigenous healing traditions that could be integrated with western psychology. I see myself as Inspector Gadget, pulling out a healing modality or tool based on what the client is dealing with, as opposed to applying a single modality or approach to every client. Healing in my practice is seen as energetic, holistic, and integral—going beyond talk therapy to engage the body, mind, and spirit in the process of transformation.
The Power of the Therapeutic Relationship
Healing is not just about techniques—it’s about trust, connection, and feeling safe. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of healing, and finding the right therapist is an essential part of the journey. When life feels overwhelming, the alliance between therapist and client becomes even more critical. I honor your courage in taking this step toward wellness.
Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and deeply present, offering a non-judgmental space where they can fully be themselves. They share that my empathy, unwavering belief in their potential, and ability to hold space for transformation have allowed them to move past trauma and emotional pain they once thought was impossible to heal.
Healing is about more than just managing symptoms—it’s about releasing what no longer serves you, reconnecting with your true self, and stepping into a life of greater clarity, balance, and empowerment.
If you are ready to embark on a journey of deep healing, I am here to walk alongside you.
Let’s begin.

Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a trauma therapy developed by Dr. Peter Levine that focuses on the body’s natural ability to heal from stress and trauma. SE helps regulate the nervous system by tracking bodily sensations, releasing stored trauma, and restoring a sense of safety (Levine, 1997). Research shows that SE reduces PTSD symptoms, emotional dysregulation, and chronic stress by allowing the body to complete its natural fight, flight, or freeze responses (Payne et al., 2015). By working with the body’s innate wisdom, SE empowers individuals to release trauma gently, build resilience, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection.
HOLISTIC EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy treatment that alleviates distress associated with traumatic memories. Holistic EMDR integrates traditional EMDR with mind-body-spirit healing practices to address trauma at a deeper level. While standard EMDR helps reprocess distressing memories through bilateral stimulation, a holistic approach incorporates breathwork, somatic experiencing, energy healing, mindfulness, and transpersonal techniques to support the body’s natural healing process. This method recognizes that trauma is not only stored in the mind but also in the body and energetic system. By combining neuroscience with holistic modalities, clients can release emotional blockages, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their true selves, fostering profound and lasting transformation.
AASECT SEX THERAPY FOR ABUSE SURVIVORS & RELATIONSHIPS
Reclaim your body and your sex life after trauma. AASECT-certified sex therapy provides a safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed space for survivors of sexual abuse and those navigating relationships affected by trauma. This approach integrates evidence-based techniques to help clients reclaim their bodies, rebuild trust, and foster healthy intimacy. Using somatic experiencing, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and attachment-based work, AASECT-certified therapists address the deep emotional and physiological impacts of trauma. They support individuals and couples in processing shame, navigating triggers, and developing safe, fulfilling sexual connections. This work empowers survivors to heal at their own pace, restoring a sense of autonomy, pleasure, and emotional security in their relationships.
ENERGY PSYCHOLOGY
Energy psychology is a holistic therapeutic approach that integrates mind-body techniques to address emotional and psychological challenges. Rooted in the understanding that thoughts, emotions, and experiences carry energetic frequencies, it helps individuals release emotional blockages and rewire limiting patterns. Techniques are used to regulate the nervous system, process trauma, and restore balance. Research supports energy psychology’s effectiveness in reducing anxiety, PTSD, and stress by engaging the body's energy meridians and neurobiological pathways. This approach empowers individuals to heal deeply, fostering resilience, self-awareness, and lasting transformation.

I believe to heal, we must focus on the Whole Self, holistically looking at the mind, body, and soul. I utilize Global, Evidence-Based Psychological healing practices within therapy to help you holistically move the energy forward.
You may have been to motivational speakers, energy healers, spiritual retreats or workshops, read self-help books, or worked on manifesting the life you want, but there is still an emptiness or deep pain that you struggle to move past. It shows up in the way you relate to others and how you talk to yourself.
I work well with people who are feeling lost, searching for something without knowing what that something is, or have an emptiness inside. I guide you through a deep evaluation of your life, conditioning, past, relationships, and aspirations to help you discover the patterns that are holding you back and supporting you. I allow you to see your body as a tool to help guide you in what you want and what you may be feeling.
