THERAPY for EXECUTIVES, SENIOR LEADERS & PROFESSIONALS

For Executives, Senior Leaders, & Professionals looking for support, understanding, and renewed insight.

Has success in your professional life come at the cost of yourself?

Do you find that you have mastered your career, but your personal life is an absolute mess?

Have you achieved “success” but still feel like an imposter at times in your role?

From the outside, you exude success…

Yet on the inside, you are battling loneliness, depression, fears of failure, and imposter syndrome. You may be overwhelmed by trying to make everyone happy, at work and at home, and feeling like you simply can’t do anything right.

You may be battling a toxic work environment, impending layoffs, tough corporate decisions, sexual harassment, relationship issues, or work-life imbalance that has had you questioning what to do next.

You want to find a space where you can process everything, work & life, from someone who has been there and understands what corporate juggling entails, everything from an image, career growth, building and growing a business, to simply pushing and driving yourself to live your best life.

Learning to manage work and life can be challenging, especially when you are an executive, professional, or a highly driven individual.

Constantly feeling like you are in the spotlight, whether that be at work or at home, takes a toll. Having a career that requires extensive traveling, performing or presenting, representing the company to off-site teams, and managing a workforce can feel isolating. You may feel as if you have no one you can talk to or no one who understands what you are going through.

The fact is:

Balancing Life when you have a prominent role requires a different set of tools and strategies.

High-level professionals often find themselves so deeply immersed in their work that personal well-being takes a backseat. The constant drive to meet high expectations, lead teams, and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment leaves little time for introspection or self-care. This intense focus on work can lead to burnout, stress, and a sense of disconnect from one’s own emotions. Executives are expected to project strength and control, but underneath the polished facade, they may struggle with feelings of inadequacy, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion. Specialized therapy, by a professional that is not only proficient in psychotherapy but has spent years in leadership, can offer you a unique space where you can step away from your professional role and focus on your personal well-being - something that may be neglected. By working on yourself, you can regain clarity, foster resilience, and become a more effective leader.

Balancing life when you hold a prominent role requires a different set of tools and strategies than the average person might need. Executives, Senior Leaders, and Professionals aspiring to climb the ladder often face unique pressures—global travel, managing large teams, and being the face of their company. The work-life balance that you may strive for is unattainable without tailored approaches. Specialized therapy from a clinician who has “been there” can help you build tools for emotional regulation, stress management, and setting boundaries that align with their demanding lifestyles. Through holistic therapy techniques, you can develop strategies to maintain their well-being without compromising their professional performance, lead from a place of balance and authenticity, and feel capable and aligned to your role/position. This is crucial not only for their personal happiness but also for their long-term success in leadership.

High-level professionals often face enormous pressure to perform, lead, and meet the demands of their roles. In this relentless pursuit of success, many find themselves prioritizing work over their personal well-being, creating a disconnect between their professional achievements and their inner selves. While their focus on work may drive results, it can come at a significant cost—emotionally, mentally, and even physically. Stress, burnout, and feelings of isolation are common, but they often go unaddressed as executives maintain a facade of control and competence. Specialized therapy is crucial for high-profile professional looking to develop a personal blueprint to their unique sense of “success.”

If you are looking for a therapist with the background to understand you…

… YOU”RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE

MORE ABOUT ME:

I spent over 25 years in Senior Leadership at notable Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and large corporations, before becoming a therapist. During that time, I intimately experienced the pressures of leading international teams, managing complex business challenges, and traveling extensively for work, all while representing my organization with confidence and poise. The constant drive to exceed expectations and outperform previous successes can take a toll, especially when balancing personal and family life.

I understand the unique struggles of those in high-powered positions who must always appear to have it all together, even when they feel overwhelmed or disconnected internally. Behind the polished exterior, many executives struggle with stress, burnout, imposter syndrome, and emotional strain, but find it difficult to seek help due to the stigma of vulnerability in leadership roles. As a therapist with a deep understanding of corporate culture and psychological expertise in organizational wellness, I offer a safe space for professionals to address these issues. My approach helps clients not only heal from the stress of professional demands but also reconnect with themselves on a deeper level, fostering resilience and balance.

IMAGINE…

Having a clear understanding of your goals, values, and priorities that allow you to make strategic decisions that serve your best self.

Having the work-life balance that continues to propel your personal and professional life forward.

A relationship with friends and family to be nourishing and resourcing, as opposed to something you avoid.

Expanding your personal social circle with like-minded individuals that also want similar things.

Having a deep understanding of You, how you function, what triggers you, and how to curtail your usual response so that it serves you.

Not worrying about your insecurities or things that may not happen, and spending your time building a future you want.

Here’s how we’ll work together.

01

First, we focus on defining your personal values and mission statement, comprised of your goals and aspirations in life (Big Picture Goals).

02

My approach then evaluates your life holistically, looking at all the areas that contribute to your human experience and play a vital role in your functioning (mind, body, spirit). (Holistic Analysis of Consciousness)

We collaboratively identify areas that may need support and others you are doing well in. (Barometers of Functioning) We then define immediate initiatives and directives to live a more expansive and embodied life.

03

By prioritizing what will result in the greatest change, my approach customizes a treatment plan specific to you and your objectives. We then execute the plan, checking in every 6 weeks to calibrate and assess progress
